I accidentally ordered a supplement from the vitamindiscountexpress Amazon store. Less than an hour later (on a Saturday) I realized that I had ordered the wrong supplement. I sent an email asking vitamindiscountexpress to cancel the order before it shipped.
More than a day later I had still not heard back from vitamindiscountexpress, but received confirmation that the order had been shipped.
This is shoddy customer service. It’s obvious that this company has been driven to treat accidental customers poorly because their reputation is worth less than a $17 bottle of supplements.
Avoid this company.
